Quantum leap for the Digital User Experience.

ebm-papst is an expert in air and drive technology and a global leader in innovation for fans and motors. Its ongoing mission: to use air and motion with maximum efficiency, thereby noticeably improving the lives of everyone.

For several years, the company has been pursuing a consistent digitalisation plan. This includes strengthening and optimising its digital touchpoints with customers, making these interactions a rewarding experience for all parties involved.

As part of this, we, as a B2B agency, have supported our long-standing client ebm-papst in the development of a new international corporate website.

Website as a touchpoint for customers and partners worldwide

ebm-papst sought a new online presence that would evoke emotions, inspire international visitors, and be easy and quick to manage. Together with our client, we created a website with many strengths:

  • An infrastructure with modular templates and features for global corporate pages
  • A modern flat design with a focus on user experience
  • Easy management of content and functionalities thanks to Adobe Experience Manager

Component Development at its Best

After aligning on the strategic foundations and user stories, rough structures and prototypes were developed, tested, and optimised together with ebm-papst. The new website was then implemented in collaboration with ebm-papst's development team and a large offshore team.

New Corporate Design Comes to Life.

In collaboration with ebm-papst, we developed the site based on the Atomic Design principle, which consolidates common elements of all websites into a cohesive component library.

The corporate design was complemented by an overview of all screen elements, which are consistently used across all media: from the new corporate website to apps, presentations, videos, and more.

Corporate Website: Global Management of Content as a Foundation.

The management of new content is globally consistent and can be implemented quickly—this was achieved using Adobe Experience Manager with three development teams (one from our agency, one from our client, and one from the technology partner).
